The Standard High Line is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant service and related hotel dining areas. The role demands full availability to match PTO, events, and business needs, while driving efficiency, guest comfort, and safety.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, quality control, shift leadership, and collaboration with other F&B managers. Experience in luxury hospitality and fluent English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle boutique hotel or high-end restaurant environments.
• Ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Directly responsible for guest needs and service in the restaurant and related hotel areas.
• Recruit and onboard staff for outlets as needed.
• Lead staff training, documentation, and testing before shifts.
• Ensure proper appearance, upkeep, and inventory of areas under responsibility.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Oversee shift coverage and ensure tasks are completed before and after shifts.
• Train staff on product knowledge, policies, and SOP changes.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
