East West Hospitality (managing Viceroy Snowmass) seeks a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead multi-outlet operations across the luxury resort. You will bridge strategic direction with floor-level excellence, mentoring teams and upholding exceptional beverage programming, mixology, and wine knowledge.

This role requires proven multi-outlet F&B management experience and a strong track record in luxury service, budgeting, and staff development to deliver Forbes Five-Star guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B leadership across multiple outlets and venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, banquets, poolside).
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star and LQA service standards at every service period.
• Act as MOD for F&B operations when needed and coordinate with departments.
• Monitor service flow, station readiness, and guest satisfaction; provide coaching.
