Job summary

Viceroy Snowmass is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the on-floor service team in our Forbes Five-Star luxury setting at Snowmass Village. You will guide servers, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring flawless guest interactions and adherence to the LQA standards.

Responsibilities include pre-shift briefings, VIP communications, maintaining guest satisfaction, and coordinating seating and flow to sustain an unhurried, premium experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising F&B service teams in luxury or high-volume settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to Forbes Five-Star or similar luxury service standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for real-time staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate all F&B service staff during each shift to ensure flawless service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate VIP arrivals, specials, and dietary alerts.
• Maintain floor presence, check guest satisfaction, and exceed expectations.
• Oversee service pacing, course sequencing, and timely clearing of tables.
• Inspect outlets pre-service for setup, cleanliness, and grooming standards.
