Job summary

Granby Ranch seeks a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to lead multiple dining outlets and events. You will shape menus, manage staff, and drive financial performance while ensuring top-tier guest and employee experiences.

The role requires a strong leader who can coordinate with Mountain Operations, Marketing, HR, and Facilities to deliver consistent culinary excellence in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage industry required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Colorado Responsible Vendor Training required.
• Minimum of five (5) yrs experience in food & beverage management required.
• Experience managing budgets and multiple outlets in a resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple dining outlets including restaurant, dining hall, coffee shop, food truck, and events.
• Guide menus across F&B outlets and maintain quality, service, and ambiance.
• Staffing, schedules, payroll approvals, and time-off management for F&B teams.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capex, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Mountain Ops, Marketing, HR, and Facilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
