COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead a high-end F&B operation in Teton Village, Wyoming. The role oversees multiple restaurants, bars, lounges and banquets, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue and profitability.

The VP will develop leadership teams, manage budgets and be responsible for menu development, beverage programmes and overall guest dining standards in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level F&B leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts, destination properties or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple outlets and leading complex food and beverage operations.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing significant budgets and delivering revenue and profit targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and team-development skills.
• A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality dining and beverage experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of all F&B outlets across the property.
• Lead and develop senior F&B leaders, restaurant managers, culinary teams and service teams.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational performance across the portfolio.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, food costs and overall financial performance.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through outstanding service standards, innovative dining concepts and consistent execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategy, business development and operational improvements.
• Oversee menu development, beverage programmes, service standards and the overall guest dining experience.
• Recruit, mentor and retain high-performing F&B teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, elevate the property's F&B offering and maximise commercial performance.
