Job summary

HHM Hotels' The Strider Hotel in Boston seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the pre-opening phase and manage culinary operations. You will launch new restaurant concepts and execute complex beverage programs to establish the hotel's market position.

You will forecast revenues and expenses, manage budgets, train staff, and ensure health/safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive food and beverage management experience in similar size hotel/venue required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to standards and HHM values.
• Monitor performance, sanitation, productivity to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control F&B inventories and equipment.
• Manage labor costs and maintain health department ratings.
• Forecast F&B revenues and expenses to meet company goals monthly and yearly.
• Develop and manage the annual F&B budget and menu items.
