HHM Hotels seeks a Food & Beverage Director to lead pre-opening operations for The Strider Hotel, launching new restaurant concepts and complex beverage programs. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and labor to achieve financial goals while upholding HHM’s standards.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and progressive F&B management experience in a comparable size hotel/venue. Work includes holidays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive food and beverage management experience in similar size hotel/venue required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening phase and manage culinary operations.
• Launch new restaurant concepts and beverage programs.
• Forecast revenues and expenses to meet monthly/yearly goals.
• Develop and manage annual F&B budget.
• Monitor inventories and labor costs to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards per Health Department guidelines.
