The Newbury Boston at One Newbury Street in Boston’s Back Bay seeks an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.

You will oversee budgeting, menu planning, staff development, compliance with health and safety regulations, and cross-functional collaboration with the hotel's leadership team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
• 3 years of F&B Director/Operations Director/Assistant Director experience in a luxury hotel or similar multi-unit venues required.
• 5 years of Banquet Management experience in a luxury hotel or similar multi-unit venues required.
• 10 years of F&B Management experience required.
• 4-year college degree required
• Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Must know F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, supervise and direct all property food and beverage operations.
• Market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; meet budgets.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and department performance.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain profitable operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health and safety regulations.
• Train department heads and participate in required meetings.
