Ray-Ban seeks a Retail Sales Associate at our Prince Street location to deliver exceptional customer service, know our eyewear lines inside and out, and provide personalized recommendations. You will contribute to hitting daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining a premium store presentation.

You will represent a luxury brand, engage with clients, work flexible hours, and support omnichannel experiences across in-store and online channels. Prior eyewear or luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear or luxury.
Excellent communication and ability to build client relationships.
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales goals.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends.
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet targets.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal.
Offer omnichannel support across in-store and online platforms.
Follow brand policies and procedures.
Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
