Ray-Ban is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Garden State Plaza location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and provide personalized recommendations to our clientele while driving sales in a luxury eyewear environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless brand experience.
