Job summary

Ray-Ban in Honolulu is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and achieve daily sales targets for eyewear and accessories. You’ll develop in-depth knowledge of our products, provide personalized recommendations, and support omnichannel experiences across in-store and online platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail, excellent communication, punctuality, and a passion for luxury brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Team player who is adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver able to handle workload pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on product trends and brand knowledge.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments/repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back-of-house areas.
• Deliver omnichannel support across in-store and online channels.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
