Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Taylor, MI. You will provide outstanding customer service, know our eyewear products, and help clients find the right solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong communication, ability to meet sales targets, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a team-focused mindset. We offer bonus/commission, health care, retirement savings, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Team player who is collaborative, adaptable, respectful and open to feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to manage workload pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in trainings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless customer service across platforms.
