Ray-Ban is seeking a Licensed Optician for our Luxury Retail stores. You will guide customers in selecting frames and lenses, take precise measurements, and ensure quality control while upholding Ray-Ban standards.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, state licensure, and 2+ years of luxury sales experience. Excellent communication, optical knowledge, and weekend availability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianary association as an optician.
• 2+ years sales experience in the luxury service industry.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• Natural ability in building a client following.
• Sales experience and polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains extremely high standards of sales and service.
• Meets and exceeds all client service and sales standards by consistently delivering an exceptional experience.
• Connects and develops strong relationships with customers to build a strong client following.
• Guides customers in selecting frames and lenses that fit lifestyle, RX and budget.
• Takes and records measurements accurately and ensures proper fitting.
• Ensures finished eyewear meets Luxury Retail standards for flawless accuracy.
• Stays current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Maintains presentation standards on the sales floor and back office.
• Manages inventory controls and supports policies and procedures.
• Trains and mentors Managers and Associates; supports events.
