Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking an Event Sales Manager to join the hotel’s team. This role focuses on selling and servicing corporate and social events, including weddings and galas, from inquiry to execution, ensuring exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years’ hospitality experience in events or catering, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with Hyatt systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hospitality experience in events or catering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Hyatt systems and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, conduct hotel tours, and coordinate client communications.
• Lead and participate in event and staff meetings with Sales teams.
• Coordinate with Events Concierge/Coordinator for seamless event execution.
• Achieve revenue goals through proactive lead generation and client outreach.
• Represent the hotel at industry events to build market visibility.
