Andaz Miami Beach is seeking an Event Sales Manager to sell and service corporate and social events, guiding them from inquiry to execution in a full-service luxury hotel in Miami Beach.

The role requires at least two years experience in hospitality event sales, with strong client relationship skills and collaboration across departments. On-site, full-time position with opportunities for an incentive plan and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in hotel catering sales, event sales, convention services, or hospitality event management.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service corporate and social events, including weddings, mitzvahs, galas, and other special occasions.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial inquiry and proposal through contracting, planning, and event execution.
• Review contracts, conduct hotel tours, and coordinate communication with clients and hotel teams before, during, and after each event.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead event and staff meetings; collaborate with Sales and Events teams.
• Achieve assigned revenue goals through proactive lead generation, client outreach, and effective conversion of inquiries.
• Represent Andaz Miami Beach at industry events and bridal showcases to cultivate new business relations.
• Collaborate with Events Concierge/Coordinator and other staff to ensure successful planning and execution.
• Use sales systems and reporting tools to support business development; eligible for quarterly incentive plan.
