Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Sales & Catering Managers and Directors. The role includes handling proposals, contracts, BEOs, logs, and event guarantees.

You will liaise with department heads to plan internal meetings and ensure accurate reporting and documentation. Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or catering is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales & Catering team, including scheduling appointments and managing records.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and meeting packets.
• Process inquiries, group contracts, reservations, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy.
