Qualifications

• 4+ years in programming, talent booking, partnerships, brand collaborations, or event production in hospitality, clubs, lifestyle brands, or cultural institutions.
• Proven ability to secure and manage brand or strategic partnerships.
• Track record producing high‑quality events from concept through execution.
• Strong budgeting, vendor/contract management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with an active network in food, music, culture, or design.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as programming requires.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of year‑round programming calendar including dinners, DJ/live nights, speaker series, wellness, and cultural events.
• Identify, book talent and creative partners who fit the club's identity and elevate member experience.
• Balance recurring programming with fresh, original experiences while tracking attendance and feedback.
• Develop concepts for chef collaborations, wine/dining series, and tasting events with Culinary and Beverage teams.
• Set and manage a programming budget to balance creativity with profitability targets.
• Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, media, and local organizations.
