Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club in Santa Barbara is seeking an Events Houseman to join our elite team. The role supports seamless event execution, guest hospitality, and member satisfaction, with compensation at $20 per hour and eligibility for the Coral Casino Tip Pool Policy.

Essential duties include setting up banquet spaces, coordinating with Food & Beverage staff, greeting guests, and ensuring spaces are clean and organized before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Professionalism and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members, guests, vendors, and colleagues.
• Set up banquet and event spaces per orders.
• Collaborate with F&B service for seamless events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize event spaces.
• Respond promptly to client requirements.
• Uphold Club policies and safety standards.
