Job summary

Mytheresa is seeking a Senior Event Coordinator in New York to plan and execute high-touch client events across the United States, with a primary focus on luxury markets. You will manage venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifting and on-site execution, working with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to meet client engagement and sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in events or luxury hospitality, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills to handle

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in events, luxury hospitality, fashion, retail, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of high-touch client events and experiences across the US, focusing on luxury markets.
• Coordinate event logistics: venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifting, production, on-site execution.
• Partner with Events Manager, Personal Shopping, Marketing and internal teams to align events with client engagement and commercial goals.
• Manage timelines, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and event communications.
• Build relationships with vendors, venues and partners; track budgets and process invoices within approved budgets.
• Provide hands-on on-site support before, during and after events for a seamless guest experience.
