LuxExperience seeks an experienced Events professional to support planning and execution of high-touch client experiences across the US, with a focus on luxury markets. You will coordinate venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifts, and on-site execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive client engagement and commercial outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in events or luxury hospitality, superb organization, and experience with high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in events, luxury hospitality, fashion, retail, marketing or a related field.
• Experience coordinating premium or luxury events and client experiences preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of high-touch client events across the US, focusing on luxury markets.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifting, production and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Events Manager, Personal Shopping, Marketing and internal teams to meet engagement and commercial goals.
