Schumacher & Co, a leading interior design house, seeks an Event Coordinator to support the Events Director and team in Kentucky. You will manage invites, RSVPs, and vendor coordination for our in-house previews and client events, while coordinating logistics with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting events and managing RSVPs.
• Strong vendor relationship and budget management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist all Events meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event logistics with internal teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-budget execution.
• Plan design elements for events (table settings, menus, gifts).
• Travel for larger events and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Code and track expenses; oversee invoices and deposits.
