Job summary

The Kingsley Hotel, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced events manager to plan and execute group meetings, weddings, and social events from start to finish.

The role requires Delphi proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple events from pre-con to post-event.
• Experience with Delphi and hotel catering/conference services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute group meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events from start to finish.
• Maintain group information in Delphi, including event details, agendas, room setups, and timelines.
• Conduct client planning meetings and site tours.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Upsell food & beverage, AV, linens, and other services to maximize revenue.
• Be present at select events to ensure guest satisfaction.
