This role requires excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies, with strong presence in formal attire and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or guest relations is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury hospitality by anticipating guests' needs and delivering personalized service.
• Interact professionally with guests, VIPs, executives, and staff; de‑escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for entry.
• Communicate with staff and guests to promote positive guest experience.
• Escort guests as needed while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• De‑escalate conflicts and resolve guest concerns with tact and sound judgment.
• Work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
