Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group in San Francisco seeks an experienced events and catering sales professional to proactively prospect, negotiate and book standalone corporate meetings, receptions, private events and social functions at our luxury properties. You will coordinate with hotel sales, culinary, operations and vendors, ensuring flawless planning and seamless execution.

You will manage BEOs, diagrams and schedules, drive revenue, and maintain precise records from turnover to on-site delivery,

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hotel catering sales or event services experience.
• Experience with Delphi or similar systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, solicit, qualify, negotiate and book corporate events.
• Develop local corporate, planner, association and referral relationships.
• Prepare standalone event contracts with approved pricing and terms.
• Coordinate AV, décor and vendor services for client events.
• Maintain accurate BEOs, diagrams and schedules.
• Ensure a seamless full-service experience from turnover to on-site execution.
