Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Hospitality Sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Familiarity with food and beverage basics, menu planning and private/group event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiry calls, proposals, negotiations and contracts.
• Schedule site visits and assist walk-in clients.
• Sell event and private dining space per policy.
• Close wedding and social event contracts including catering and space.
• Coordinate with services, banquet and culinary teams for smooth execution.
• Provide quarterly production data to Director of Sales and Marketing.
