Job summary

Rapport is seeking an Event Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-site execution for high-profile meetings and events at the Client Center. You will be the primary client contact from inquiry through day-of execution, collaborating with VIP clients and executive suites to deliver an outstanding, white-glove experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience managing complex meetings and events, preferably in luxury hospitality or financial services.
• Experience independently managing high-profile events from client request to on-site execution.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch, luxury hospitality experience for clients, executives and guests.
• Own the complete event lifecycle for assigned high-profile meetings and events, from inquiry to closeout.
• Serve as the primary contact for meeting hosts, translating objectives into event strategies.
• Lead planning meetings, site visits, and post-event discussions with hosts.
• Coordinate event services (AV, catering, room setups, signage, security, etc.).
• Lead on-site execution and coordinate internal teams and vendors.
