Job summary

AMIRI in Los Angeles seeks an E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our digital business, aligning processes, vendors, and systems to scale our omnichannel luxury brand. The role owns KPIs, drives cross-functional projects, and manages Shopify Plus and related platforms while coaching the Operations Coordinator and collaborating with Customer Service for seamless CX.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in e-commerce operations or related PM roles.
• Experience supporting Shopify Plus operations and integrations.
• Understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PL processes, omnichannel concepts.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Analytical forecasting experience.
• Excellent documentation, process mapping, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own daily e-commerce operational KPIs and escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with IT, Logistics, Marketing, Finance.
• Manage Jira boards, issue logs, sprint docs; coordinate with vendors.
• Develop tech stack roadmaps and internal documentation.
• Coach the E-Commerce Operations Coordinator; support CX team.
