Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round E-Commerce Operations and Content Manager for the Retail Department in Scottsdale, AZ. This hybrid role combines onsite and remote work, reporting to the VP of Retail, and leading internal content, assets, and product data for global Shopify Plus storefronts.

You will collaborate with Domaine and internal teams to streamline logistics, set up beta sites, scale fulfillment, and optimize the digital channel for a luxury audience across 20+

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital content, merchandising, or e-commerce experience within fashion or apparel retail, luxury or lifestyle brand background preferred.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and CMS systems; familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and CMS
• Strong writing skills and ability to produce on-brand product copy for luxury contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage site merchandising, product launches, content calendars, and on-site navigation to drive conversion.
• Coordinate with brand partners for imagery, lookbooks, size charts, and assets; align with Marketing and Digital teams on branding assets.
• Configure Shopify Plus backend workflows and test end-to-end customer journey across multiple storefronts; monitor inventory and fulfillment.
• Document operational workflows for scalable beta-to-global storefront rollout; liaise with Domaine and agencies on deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor analytics (conversion, AOV, bounce rate) and propose content/UX improvements; support A/B testing as platform matures.
