Job summary

AMIRI is seeking a Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce to translate seasonal direction and brand priorities into an elevated online experience that drives revenue and product productivity across the Digital Flagship. You will own site merchandising across categories, optimize sequencing, navigation, and cross-selling, and partner with Merchandising and Planning on assortment and inventory strategy.

In this on-site role in Los Angeles, you will lead a small team, manage launches and photoshoots

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in e-commerce or digital merchandising in luxury retail or premium fashion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (sales, conversion, AOV, sell-through).
  • Proven people management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with Shopify; familiarity with ERP, site search, analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
  • On-site role with potential to travel internationally for e-commerce shoots.

  • Drive in-season optimization based on sales, inventory, conversion, and client behavior.
  • Lead merchandising operating cadence: weekly trade reviews, season-in-review, launch performance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage and develop Merchandising & Strategy Analyst, ensuring insights translate to actions and outcomes.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning on assortment, launches, and inventory strategy for the digital channel.
  • Own the e-commerce merchandising calendar and launch readiness, aligning product, content, imagery, and dependencies.
  • Lead e-commerce photoshoot planning and execution with Creative and external partners.
  • Identify and drive improvements to site experience and merchandising capabilities.
  • Monitor the competitive luxury landscape and champion best practices across the digital business.

Purpose and Objective

The Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce, will lead day-to-day merchandising strategy and execution for the AMIRI Digital Flagship – translating seasonal direction and brand priorities into an elevated online experience while driving revenue, conversion, sell-through, AOV, and inventory productivity.
