Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hospitality, excellent guest service and communication skills, and the ability to lift luggage and stand for long shifts. Part-time schedule with varied hours is offered, along with employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to lift and transport guest luggage safely.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Load, unload, and transport guest luggage while ensuring proper handling procedures.
• Escort guests to designated areas throughout the hotel as needed.
• Coordinate with Valet, Bell Staff, Concierge, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
