You will help with packages, provide local recommendations, and support residents with special requests, all delivered with exceptional hospitality.

The role requires a college education and 1–2 years’ experience as a Bell Attendant or Door Attendant in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bell Attendant or Door Attendant in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists residents and guests when they arrive.
• Delivers packages to residences.
• Opens Residence doors and greets by name, assists with groceries.
• Provides directions and information about the city and attractions.
• Resolves inquiries and assists with Residence and hotel services.
