About the Role:

Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is seeking a Door Attendant who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable first impressions. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and provide attentive service that reflects the luxury standards of Four Seasons.

What You Will Do:

• Greet guests and residents with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Load, unload, and transport guest luggage while ensuring proper handling procedures.
• Escort guests to designated areas throughout the hotel as needed.
• Coordinate with Valet, Bell Staff, Concierge, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with a service-driven approach.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to lift and transport guest luggage safely.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
