Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Center to lead inbound, outbound, inventory control and returns. You will supervise the safety, performance, and engagement of the shift teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in Supply Chain/Operations with experience in automated fulfillment and WMS systems, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.
• Experience working with automated order fulfillment systems.
• Knowledge of WMS, quality and productivity measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies with peers and partners to serve the customer.
• Lead a team including hourly and salaried staff across shifts.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control and returns across the DC.
• Hit distribution center goals and KPIs; enforce safety and process standards.
• Support training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
