Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Center to lead inbound, outbound, inventory control and returns. You will supervise the safety, performance, and engagement of the shift teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in Supply Chain/Operations with experience in automated fulfillment and WMS systems, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.
• Experience working with automated order fulfillment systems.
• Knowledge of WMS, quality and productivity measurements.

You Will Be

The Operations Manager at our Distribution Center provides leadership for the planning & execution of all distribution operations, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Control and Returns, and other areas. You will oversee the safety, performance, and engagement of the shift they oversee. The Operations Manager will also work with other teams to improve customer experience, ensuring that customer orders are delivered in the way that they expect from Exemplar Luxury Group.

What You Will Do

• Develop, implement specific operational strategies and work with peers and corporate partners within the Exemplar Luxury Group team to best serve the customer.
• Work in a team environment with a broad range of people, from hourly associates to senior leadership.
• Flexible in working different shift schedules to include nights and weekends.
• Oversee the operation of the main order fulfillment system along with supporting systems and our warehouse management system to hit important distribution center goals and metrics.
• Make recommendations and help produce departmental goals, policies, and plans.
• Plan, evaluate distribution center operations for productivity standards, safety, and customer support.
• Evaluate current distribution center procedures; resolve operational problems; ensure company standards are met.
• Support the creation and implementation of training programs for associates to include improving, and technical skills.
• Hold a team of hourly and salaried associates accountable to the distribution center KPIs and SLAs.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.
• Experience working with automated order fulfillment systems.
• Knowledge of WMS systems, quality and productivity measurements & processes.
• Ability to foster productive relationships at every level.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners.
• Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal. Understanding of English during the interview process.

Salary And Other Benefits

The starting salary rate for this position is between $79,000- 106,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
