Job summary

Black Desert Resort is seeking a Busser for Latitude Restaurant in Ivins, Utah. This role supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a pristine dining environment in a luxury setting.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help ensure a smooth service flow and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, upscale dining atmosphere. Shift is year-round and full-time, with competitive benefits and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with servers and kitchen staff.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain efficiency in a luxury dining setting.
• Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for incoming guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations and patio areas.
• Monitor tables for guest needs and remove used dishes promptly.
• Support the food running team to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
