Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah seeks a Part-Time Busser for the 20th Hole Restaurant to support servers and hosts by keeping tables clean and organized, resetting dining areas, and ensuring guests receive prompt, polished service.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, restocking stations, and assisting with opening/closing duties in a high-visibility outlet. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication are essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly for a clean dining space.
• Assist servers with water, beverages, and food delivery.
• Restock service stations with utensils, glassware, napkins, condiments.
• Support opening/closing duties including setup and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and restrooms.
• Assist guests and communicate needs to team members.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
