CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Busser for Latitude Restaurant at Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah. This role supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a pristine dining room in a luxury setting.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Busser will help ensure smooth service, attentive guest experience, and readiness for high-end dining in a year-round, part-time schedule with pay $12/hr plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-end dining setting.
• Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for incoming guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other table items.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room, service stations, and outdoor patio areas.
• Monitor tables for guest needs, refill beverages, and remove used dishware promptly.
• Support food running team to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Stock and restock glassware, plates, silverware, and service essentials.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year‑Round / Part‑Time

Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
