Job summary

Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for our luxury community. This full-time role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, equipment, and service areas, ensuring compliance with standards and a high level of service.

You will support the culinary team by maintaining a pristine dish room, following safety guidelines, and assisting with basic food storage at service close. Night shifts are not required, and you’ll contribute to an inclusive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors, counters, walls, dish room, and service areas in immaculate condition.
• Utilize cleaning and sanitizing agents safely and according to directions.
• Clean and store all dishes and pans in a safe manner.
• Remove trash to the dumpster, replace liners, and break down boxes for disposal.
• Perform advance preparation tasks as required.
• Work independently while following directions.
• Check and record temperatures as necessary.
• Assist with proper and sanitary food storage at close of service.
• Execute all duties in an effective, timely, and professional manner.
