Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage operations preferred, minimum 1 year.
• Ability to engage guests and answer questions about menu items.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a hospitality setting.
• Willingness to work flexible weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary inquiries.
• Take orders accurately and relay special requests to kitchen.
• Suggest menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and follow service sequence.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver WOW moments and address guest concerns promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.
