Responsibilities

• Assist the Server’s team with stock, cleaning, and handling flow.
• Set and reset tables before and after service periods.
• Pre-buss and bus tables during service periods.
• Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.
• Clean spills and broken glassware immediately.
• Maintain equipment in good working order.
