The Chatham Inn, a Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Server Assistant to support dining room operations in Cape Cod. You will deliver food, keep tables looking pristine, and help create a polished, welcoming guest experience during peak summer season.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; energy, attentiveness, and a team-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly and accurately, describing dishes with confidence
• Assist in clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables to high presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, and bar areas
• Refill water, polish glassware, and ensure tables remain guest-ready
