Job summary

The Chatham Inn, a Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel on Cape Cod, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for Cuvée Bistro. You will lead on-floor service, uphold Relais & Châteaux standards, and ensure seamless daily operations with the FOH and BOH teams.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in upscale, boutique hotel or fine dining environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead daily service with a constant presence on the floor.
Ensure all guests are greeted, engaged, and recognized in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor pacing, table maintenance, and overall service flow.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Supervise, coach, and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
Reinforce service standards, appearance, and professionalism.
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
