Aman Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Host for Amangiri in Southern Utah. You will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Join a luxury hospitality team, work with leadership to deliver impeccable service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across indoor and outdoor dining settings. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in food and beverage, preferably luxury or fine dining.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Fosters guest satisfaction with a welcoming and polished service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and record guest preferences for future visits.
• Ensure tables are set and menus are clean before seating.
• Explain menu and specials; maintain ambiance and guest comfort.
• Check in with guests during meals and address concerns.
• Thank guests as they depart and assist with events as needed.
• Communicate daily specials with leadership; support smooth service flow.
• Maintain grooming standards, nametag, and professional language.
• Keep dining room and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Escalate guest complaints to management when necessary.
