AMAN Group Sarl, servicing Amangiri in Utah, seeks a Food & Beverage Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the F&B leadership to maintain an exceptional standard of service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in luxury F&B, a positive, energetic demeanor, and familiarity with hospitality software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a food and beverage setting in luxury or fine dining.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, engaging and energetic with a passion for service.
• Familiarity with Micros, SevenRooms, Opera.
• ServSafe certification.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and record guest preferences for future visits.
• Set tables and ensure menus are clean and accurate before seating.
• Explain the menu and specials; maintain ambiance and guest comfort.
• Check in with guests during meals; address concerns as needed.
• Assist with food running, events setup/breakdown, and general dining operations.
• Communicate daily specials and Chef’s vision to guests and staff.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and back-of-house organization.
• Address complaints professionally; escalate to management as needed.
• Wear nametag and uphold grooming standards; interact respectfully with guests and colleagues.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.RoleAs a Food and Beverage Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests entering the dining room. Your responsibility is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience, from the moment guests arrive until they leave. You will work closely with our Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver impeccable service, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure that guest preferences and expectations are always met.ResponsibilitiesGreet and escort guests to their tables with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring all dining room standards are met.Manage guest reservations, while maintaining accurate records of guest preferences for future visits.Ensure all tables are properly set and menus are clean and accurate before guests are seated.Provide clear explanations of the menu and specials to guests, ensure all dining area parameters (lighting, temperature, ambiance) are perfect for guest comfort, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout.Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Thank guests genuinely and sincerely as they depart.Assist with food running, setup and breakdown of special events, and general dining room operations.Work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to communicate daily specials and Chef’s vision to guests, ensuring a smooth flow of service.Always maintain high personal grooming standards, wear your nametag, and engage with guests and colleagues using clear, respectful, and professional language.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, storage areas, and back of house.Address guest complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.RequirementsAt least one year of experience in a food and beverage setting, ideally in a luxury or fine dining environment.Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Positive, engaging, and energetic with a passion for providing excellent service.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to manage challenging situations with grace and professionalism.Familiarity with Micros, SevenRooms, Opera, and other relevant software is a plus.Able to carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 45 lbs., and stand for extended periods of time.TIPS and ServSafe certified.Maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies.Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings in varying climates, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe in investing in our employees, providing opportunities for personal growth and career advancement.
