Aman Group invites applicants to join Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah as a Server. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, welcome guests, and act as the face of the restaurant from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, engaging, and guest-focused personality.
• Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Review menus daily to stay informed of specials and changes.
• Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with in-depth knowledge.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and allergies clearly and correctly.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas.
• Set up tables according to host instructions and standards.
• Verify guest satisfaction and anticipate needs during the meal.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Complete assigned side duties and opening/closing tasks.
