Job summary

Lake Nona Wave Hotel is seeking a floor leader to support daily operations across the Restaurant, Bar, Pool, and In-Room Dining. You will train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in F&B; luxury setting preferred.
• 3-5 years restaurant management experience required.
• Professional, team player with excellent communication.
• Must work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Certified Professional Food Manager certification.
• UKG, Micros, OpenTable, Revinate, Alice knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fine dining standards and supervises on the floor during service.
• Trains staff to follow procedures and service sequence.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback on behaviors.
• Opens and closes restaurant and bar; completes side-work and reports.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and communicates with Chef/Managers.
• Ensures compliance with restaurant policies and alcohol service laws.
• Conducts inventories and manages supplies and uniforms.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback and uphold Wave Service.
• Encourages teamwork and manages end-of-day cashouts.
