Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Leader at Lake Nona Wave Hotel to supervise restaurant, bar, pool, and in-room dining operations. You will train staff, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction, ensuring profitability and smooth day‑to‑day operation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, a hospitality degree, and professional food management certification. Evening/ weekend shifts apply; on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry required.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fine dining service standards and assists on the floor during service periods.
• Supervises restaurant and related areas in the absence of the General Manager.
• Trains staff to follow procedures and service sequence.
• Communicates feedback and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws.
• Opens and closes restaurant and bar and ensures end‑of‑day tasks are completed.
