Job summary

Atlantic Fields Club, a Discovery Land Company property near Hobe Sound, Florida, is seeking an Expo to connect culinary and service teams and ensure dishes meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.

You will demonstrate menu knowledge, coordinate with FOH and HOH, maintain health and safety standards, and deliver genuine hospitality to Members and Guests through precise communication and teamwork. Experience in luxury hospitality and willingness to work evenings/weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and local food safety standards with ability to obtain state certifications.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Atlantic Fields culture and deliver genuine hospitality to Members, Guests, and Team Members.
• Provide exceptional service with clear, professional communication at all times.
• Prioritize and coordinate orders with kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and modifications to culinary teams for accuracy.
• Inspect dishes for quality, presentation, and preparation before service.
• Maintain clear FOH-HOH communication and aid in operational excellence.
