Riviera Dining Group in Coconut Grove, FL, seeks an experienced AGM to lead daily operations across luxury venues. You will oversee guest satisfaction, staff development, and adherence to standards, reporting to the General Manager.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years in fine dining, a background in new openings, and strong leadership. You will manage service quality, safety, and financial performance while maintaining RDG's signature guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years fine dining/upscale luxury experience as a GM or AGM.
• Experience with new openings and luxury dining service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain service quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Execute and maintain quality and consistency of food, beverage, and service; uphold standards.
• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Lead guest relationship building and loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across the facility.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
• Assist in quarterly staff evaluations and performance reviews.
