Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the flow of service by greeting guests and guiding them through the menu.
• Communicate orders clearly to servers and support staff.
• Present and announce food and beverage selections with professionalism.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergy considerations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Support wine service including presentation and proper glassware.
• Ensure service standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Oversee prep lists and readiness of service elements before each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tableside service areas.
